Kitchen Gadget Dude has it right when it comes to dull knives, they’re way more dangerous than a sharper knife. Get something made from high-carbon, forged by hand, and preferably made in Germany. Get the best and learn to sharpen your knives, it’s the best investment for your kitchen.
